Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreatorHub, operated by the operator (to be confirmed) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them.

What this platform is

CreatorHub is a venue. We connect buyers and sellers of channels, brands and creators, and buyers and providers of services. Except where stated otherwise, we are not a party to the deal you strike — we hold the money, keep the record, and step in when something goes wrong.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• One person, one account. Give accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, impersonation or abuse. A suspension takes effect on the next request, not whenever the session happens to expire.

Selling a channel

• You may only list a channel you own and are able to transfer.
• The listing must be accurate. Inflated or fabricated statistics are grounds for removal and suspension.
• Listings are reviewed before they go live, and editing the asking price on a live listing sends it back for review.
• Once a deal is open on a channel, you may not sell it elsewhere.

Buying a channel

• The price and the service fee are shown before you accept, and both are fixed at that moment. A later change to the listing or to our pricing cannot alter your deal.
• You pay into escrow, not to the seller.
• You have the transfer window to confirm the handover. Confirming it releases the money.

Escrow

• Funds are held by us until the buyer confirms the handover, the transfer window closes, or a dispute is decided.
• A transfer window is seven days from the point payment is confirmed.
• Either party may raise a dispute while a deal is open. Funds stay held while it is reviewed.
• Our decision on a dispute is based on the deal record: the messages, the events and their timestamps. Keep the conversation on the platform, because anything said elsewhere is not evidence we can see.

Payments, in this release

Payments are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details shown on the payment step, and confirmed by our team by hand against the reference you supply. This normally takes up to one business day. We say this here because it is a real delay and you should plan around it, not discover it.

Submitting a payment reference that does not correspond to a payment you made is fraud and will be treated as such.

Fees

The service fee is set on the platform and is shown in full before you commit to any transaction. We may change it, and a change never applies to a transaction already in progress.

Services, courses and physical goods

• SMM orders may be cancelled while still pending. Once a run has started it cannot be recalled.
• Course enrolment is granted once payment is verified. Preview lessons are available before purchase so you can assess the material.
• Play Button awards are made to order and engraved to your specification. The engraving is shown back to you before production.

What you may not do

• Misrepresent a channel, an audience, an identity or a payment.
• Attempt to move a transaction off the platform to avoid fees, and then claim our protection.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or automate access to it.
• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.

Our liability

The platform is provided as it is. We do not warrant that any channel will perform, that any audience is genuine beyond what we verify, or that any service will produce a particular result.

Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees we received on the transaction that claim concerns. We are not liable for lost profit or lost opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You may close your account at any time. We may end your access for a breach of these terms. Closing an account does not cancel a transaction already in progress or a fee already owed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts named in the final published version of this document will have jurisdiction. The specific venue will be stated once the operating entity is registered.
